Lead by the company’s Safety Director. C. H. Nickerson has a program that includes ongoing safety training, approved pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing, and orientation and training for all new employees. All field supervisors are 30-hour OSHA-trained to reinforce a safe working environment. In addition, C. H. Nickerson develops site-specific safety plans and strictly enforces project safety standards with all of their subcontractors.
