A wastewater treatment plant upgrade designed for a maximum daily 19.5MGD flowrate. Upgrades included rehabilitation of all existing buildings and replacement of existing process equipment as well as additional odor control, secondary clarification, sludge processing, chemical feed, ultraviolet disinfection and denitrification process. Two major substations for distribution of incoming utility power were included in the complete upgrade of the electrical facilities.
